OATMEAL
RAISIN COOKIES
Ingredients:
400 grams rolled oats
200 grams butter
1 large egg
3/4 cup (120 grams)
raisins
2/3 cup (125 grams)
sugar
2/3 cup ( 125 grams ) sunflower
200 g butter, softened
Stir in the oats
After 10 minutes stir raisins
In a large bowl together stir into the egg/sugar mixture
Stir in the oats with sunflower
The cookies should be two inches apart on a
parchment-lined baking sheet
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes (your baking
time will vary, depending on your oven and how cold the cookies were going in)
Let them sit on the hot baking sheet for five minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool
